Villa Hills and Dover Heights are 2 lovely properties right next door to each other offering newly renovated 1 & 2 bedroom apartments in a variety of floorplans that will fit anyone's needs.     

1-Bedroom apartments (430-700sq ft) $725- $925

2-Bedroom apartments (560-800sq ft) $875- $1025

*Rates vary based on updates/renovations

We allow both cats and dogs.  

*weight and breed restriction apply

- Electric is individually metered

- Tenants pay a low flat monthly rate for water of $50-$60 based off apartment size

- Trash & sewer are paid for by the owner

- Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply.

- Deposit is equal to 1 month's rent with approved credit

- We offer 12 month lease terms

Onsite maintenance will assist during business hours for any repair needs that may arise and an we have an after hours call center to handle any unexpected emergencies. We also offer a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
